White mustard , (Sinapis alba ) is also known as yellow mustard. Is an annual herbaceous plant of the family Brassicaceae. Is grown mainly for its pungent seeds, which are a source of the condiment known as mustard .
The seeds are light straw yellow-coloured and are a little bit larger than the other two varieties.
The stems of white mustard, are sparsely covered with hairs and generally grow up to a height of two to five feet.
White Mustard for Menstrual Disorders
Take three (3) litres of warm water in a small tub. Add six (6 ) tablespoon of Mustard Seed powder in it and soak your legs in it for 30 minutes.
White Mustard for Rheumatism
Add 1 tablespoon Mustard powder in 4 tablespoons of Flour then make a paste and apply on the affected area as a plaster for 15-20 Minutes. Do not live it for too long.
White Mustard Oil for Sneezing
The purpose is to inhale droplets of White Mustard oil through the nose. You may dip your small finger in a few drops of White Mustard Oil and put it in 1 nostril then inhale deeply then also repeat with the other nostril or put the oil in a nasal spray bottle and spray into your nose and also inhale deeply.
Repeat one times a day for 15 days.
White Mustard for Liver Disease
Add ½ (half) cup White Mustard powder in 1 litre of water then soak your foot in this water for ½ (half) an hour.
White Mustard Seeds for Sinusitis
Get ½ (half) teaspoon White Mustard Seeds and boil in 1 cup water untill it remains half. Strain, Cool and use it as ear drop.
White Mustard For Painful Intercourse
White Mustard oil should be applied on your private parts to remove the dryness that may cause pain. Drink plenty of water and try various lubricants.
